Built by people who run small businesses too.
postedby.ai is an authority publishing system for small and medium businesses, made in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This page is the plain version of who we are and what we do.
What postedby.ai is, in six facts.
- What it is
- postedby.ai is an authority publishing system for small and medium businesses. It turns the expertise a business already has into useful content, published every week across the places customers and AI search systems look.
- Who it is for
- Owner-run and small-team businesses: trades, clinics, professional services, restaurants, fitness, local shops, and the organizations that serve a community.
- Where it publishes
- A hosted Authority Library (and the business website when connected), Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, email to the business's own contacts, and campaigns.
- What it is not
- It is not a social media scheduler and it is not a general AI writing tool. The writing is one step inside a system that plans topics from real search demand, writes in the business's Champion voice, publishes to each channel, checks Google's index status, and reports what happened.
- Where it is based
- Colorado Springs, Colorado. postedby.ai, LLC, 6547 N Academy Blvd #1160, Colorado Springs, CO 80918.
- Who founded it
- Jeff Amoruso, a Colorado Springs business owner who has run a small IT services company for more than fifteen years.
The expertise is already there. The publishing is not.
Most small businesses know their work better than anyone writing about it online. What they do not have is a way to turn that knowledge into useful, consistent publishing: an article every week, posted where customers look, structured so Google and AI answer engines can understand it, and measured afterward. That gap is why postedby.ai was built.
The system does the work around the expertise: it learns the business and its Champion voice, picks topics from real search demand, writes, publishes to the connected channels, checks that Google indexed the article, and reports back. The business supplies what it knows. The system supplies the discipline.
We hold ourselves to the same standard. postedby.ai publishes through its own platform every week, and the numbers on the homepage are the aggregate of what the platform has actually published and how Google treated it.
Jeff Amoruso, Colorado Springs
Jeff Amoruso founded postedby.ai. He has run a small IT services company in Colorado Springs for more than fifteen years, which is where the conviction behind the product comes from: small businesses hold real expertise, and consistency, not talent, is what keeps it invisible. He also created Voice to Community, the free program that uses the same publishing technology for churches and community organizations. Why that program is free, in his words.
The questions people ask first.
What is a Champion?
A Champion is the named voice a business publishes under: a real person at the business, usually the owner, whose expertise and way of speaking the system learns and writes in. Every article and post carries that voice, not a generic AI tone.
How is postedby.ai different from an AI writer?
An AI writer produces a piece of text when you ask. postedby.ai runs the publishing around it: topics chosen from real search demand, a weekly cadence, publishing to Google Business Profile and social channels, a hosted article library with structured data, index checks, and reporting. Writing is one step in that system.
Does postedby.ai publish to Google Business Profile?
Yes. A Google Business Profile post is part of each weekly cluster, written for local search rather than copied from the article.
Does postedby.ai publish authority articles and website content?
Yes. Each week produces a long-form article on the business's hosted Authority Library, and businesses with a connected website can publish to it directly.
What does postedby.ai cost?
Plans are listed on the pricing page. Starter is $197 a month at launch pricing; Ascent and Authority add channels, campaigns, and intelligence.
What is Voice to Community?
A free, invite-only program that gives churches and community organizations a daily message in their own voice, powered by the same publishing technology. It is separate from the commercial plans and has no upsell.
